< Brief History

GAMMA MICROELECTRONICS was established as an USA based company in 2002 by a group of professionals in the semiconductor industry. Our mission is to provide technical solutions for our customers¡¯ need in the utmost professional manner. In addition to our matured technology in Power Management applications, we are working on ways to provide better and more completed service to meet the customers¡¯ constantly changing needs.

GAMMA Microelectronics has teams of professionals all over the world working on design, manufacturing, and marketing of semiconductor devices. In the interest of further enhancing services to our customers, a team of semiconductor experts were recruited from Hsinchu Science Park to join the company. In December of 2005, GAMMA-APM was established. GAMMA-APM took over all operations of GAMMA Microelectronics in the whole Asian territories. We will briefly highlight our background, capability of our process, assembly and testing, and quality assurance philosophy, in the following paragraphs.

In the last 10 years, GAMMA's founders have been responsible for the design of over 400 new integrated circuit products, production of millions of IC wafers, and sales of billions of semiconductor devices.GAMMA has the experience, the desire, the dedication, the technology, and the resources to help you achieve your business goals.
 
< Assembly and testing
GAMMA provides vast capacity, fast delivery, high quality and reliability, the right package for every application without compromising quality through the alliances with the best world-class assembly specialists in Asia, combined with GAMMA¡¯s proprietary advanced testing programs and expertise in all related areas.
 
< Process Capability
Through strategic alliance with ISO-9001 wafer fab and assembly specialist, GAMMA is able to provide high quality, low cost, Bipolar, CMOS, BiCMOS, and MOSFET devices in large production volume. One of our wafer fab partners has been delivering wafers in volume production for over 35 years.
 
< Quality Assurance
GAMMA builds in quality at every step:Designs include test and trimming features. Wafer fab processes include e-testing at every step. 100% testing of every die, with strict guard-bands on every parameter. Non-compromising assembly materials and techniques are employed at all time. Proprietary final test programs are rigorously applied to 100% of finished parts.
